Google Remove from Google Maps Palestine and Israel Replaced

 

Palestinian Journalists Forum condemned Google that erase Palestine from the map. Palestinian Territories in Google Maps is replaced by the name of Israel.

In a statement released yesterday, Wednesday (3/8), the forum said Google's decision was part of an Israeli scheme. Palestine name removed on July 25.

"Google's decision erase Palestine from the map is part of an Israeli scheme to be a legitimate state for future generations and remove the Palestinians," he said, quoted by Middle East Monitor.

Furthermore, the Forum said the move was designed to falsify the history, geography, and the rights of Palestinians to their land. This contrasts with the international norms and conventions everywhere.

Forum urged Google to immediately restore Palestine as usual. The reason, Google has failed to tamper with the history of Palestine and Arab in the eyes of the world. Now there is no Palestine in Google Maps. When a keyword is typed Palestine, Google Maps directed at Jerusalem and Gaza.
