GAZA - Ezzedeen al-Qassam, one of the Palestinian resistance forces were reported to have shot down an unmanned aircraft or drones belonging to the Israeli military. The drones, according to local media reports, shot down last night on the territory of Beit Hanoun. ( See Also : extraordinary events of a mother gave birth to twins a lot )

Palestinian media, Al-Anam citing local sources said, Ezzedeen al-Qassam had indeed been targeting Israeli drones. And last night, when the drone was re-passed over Beit Hanoun, Ezzedeen al-Qassam immediately dropped.

However, as reported by Tasmin News on Sunday (28/8), the Israeli army denied the news. The Israeli military said in a statement, none of them lost drone, either by accident or shot down.

This is not the first time Ezzedeen al-Qassam, the military wing of Hamas which is to shoot down the Israeli drones. In September 2015, the group reported that its members had seized Israeli drones, after being shot down in the outskirts of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, in July 2015, Hamas announced that another drone has crashed in northern Gaza. Hamas added that the fighters movements have been successful in restoring pieces of unmanned aerial vehicles and re-assemble the plane.
