Lebanese media: US Planning Intensified War on Syria

Differences of opinion between the US and Russia have further complicating the situation in Syria. Yet Washington is planning to intensify the ongoing war in the Arab country. This is reportedly a Lebanese newspaper, Al-Akhbar.

According to the daily al-Akhbar, the failure of the ceasefire and the current crisis between the US and Russia is a warning to the worsening situation in Syria.

The US government needed a victory to maintain the credibility of the internal field until the formation of the new government, but Damascus and its allies do not intend to give up.
