But apparently behind all that secretly Xiaomi has instilled a backdoor on any smartphone they produce. At a site called Thijs Broenink, reveals that the application will send the data to a server owned Xiaomi smartphone periodically every 24 hours. Dikirimpun data in the form of a series of smartphone devices, IMEI, MAC address, nonce and a list of applications found on smartphones.
Not only that, reportedly Xiaomi also reserves the right to install or modify applications or data contained on the device homemade smartphone. So can any time Xiaomi install the applications they want.
The concern is that if the line was hacked by hackers irresponsible and steal information from each user Xiaomi smartphone. Not only that, if the hackers managed to get in on this network, then certainly can install malicious applications that can be tapped into and access the smartphone device without a known owner.
