Attack Aleppo, Syria Military Use Chlorine Bomb


Aleppo - Syrian military forces accused of dropping bombs containing chlorine gas from a helicopter to the city of Aleppo suburbs. Aid workers in the rebel-held Syria, said 80 people were injured and residents suffered breathing difficulties after the attack.

Ibrahem Alhaj, an aid worker from the Syrian Civil Defence Group, said he arrived at the scene of the attack shortly after helikpoter dropped a bomb which he said four tubes containing chlorine.

The report was not yet ascertained the truth, but one of the UN-led investigation in August 2016, found the Syrian government uses chlorine in at least two occasions. 

Chlorine is a chemical commonly used in the industry, but its use in senjat banned under the Chemical Weapons Convention. Efforts Syrian government troops surrounded the city of Aleppo, according to the UN, an attempt to hold back a brutal war. 

In a report to the 12th United Nations about Syria published on Wednesday (7/9), mentioned about 600,000 people live in the siege of the 300,000 trapped in the city of Aleppo.
