 At least 31 people were killed and dozens more injured in Qamishli, a city in northeastern Syria, after two bombs exploded near the Turkish border, on Wednesday (27/7).Syrian human rights observer group based in Britain, said one car bomb attack was intended to target a government building that was the headquarters of the Kurdish government security control of Qamishli and the surrounding region.A VOA reporter named Zana Omar included injured in the incident.
